wrote this on the bike took fifteen mins to write
but it didn't half make the time go faster by writing lol!!!
Gym world
Machines whirling, wheels Turning
Music playing boom, boom
What a noisy world is the gym world
Cross trainer first fifteen minutes
Pedal forwards, pedal backwards
Work them caves, shins and legs
Heart rate hundred twenty nine,
not above or below but smack on!
Oh how I love this machine!!
The dreaded rowing machine
Pull the chain, backwards and forwards
Pull a bit harder must be 2.20 not 2.25
Come on girl! pull a bit harder you can do it!
Its only eight long hard minutes,
This is worse than running,
Only another couple of minutes
You can do it,!
Arms pulling, legs pushing, heart racing
I don't like this one at all
Yeah done it I got there hooray!!
It wasn't so bad.
The bike now another fifteen minutes
Pedal, pedal, pedal,
Keep pedalling, keep writing,
Time will go quicker you'll see
Fifteen minutes up all ready wow!
On the treadmill here we go
No running, fast walking
Up and down the hills
Pretending I'm walking on the beach
With the sun shining, kids playing, dogs barking
Oh and the smell of fish and chips and doughnuts,
Yum yum
No no no! cant think of them mustn't have none
What a waste of exercise that would be.
Crunch up, ab curls, ball lifts
Three sets of fifteen each!
Oh what a pain they can be
Sit up, breath out,
Lay down, breath in
Rest breath in and out
Lift the ball with me feet
Ouch that really hurts my tummy!
Keep going though they must work
Only another fifteen to go of each
Then they are done too.
Lets do the weights,
Tone them muscles up,
feel them burning, feel them working,
feel them toning
Don't lift too much,
Cause ouch it hurts!!
Don't forget the stretches at the end
Stretch them muscles out,
So I don't ache in the morning
Cause that would hurt too!
Now all is over and done
For another day at least
In the shower I must get,
Cool off, freshen up
Before I go home to cook tea.
Oh the fun off the gym world.
